Coaltown Cottage offers a unique holiday experience in the heart of the Gower Peninsula. Our cottage stands apart with its village location, offering local amenities such as a village shop, takeaways, food delivery services, and a local park and playground, all within easy reach. Enjoy woodland walks, cycle the Blackpill Cycle track through the beautiful Clyne valley, and relax in our reasonably priced, family-friendly cottage, perfect for romantic getaways with its cosy log burner.

Built in the late 1800s as a miner's cottage, Coaltown Cottage was purchased in 2005 as a run-down two-bed cottage. It has been lovingly restored, renovated, and extended over the years to accommodate our growing family. The cottage exudes love and happy memories, offering a cosy yet spacious atmosphere, balancing period charm with modern convenience.

We want our guests to experience a relaxing and peaceful break. Imagine enjoying a Nespresso coffee or a glass of wine after a busy day exploring the Gower beaches and countryside. Or perhaps cosying up in front of the log burner with your children, enjoying hot chocolates and marshmallows while playing one of the many board games provided.
